Cable Accessories Liquid Silicone Rubber-TRK7316 AB
This series applies to platinum cured addition type two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding process.
- Fast curing speed, high efficiency.
- Excellent hydrophobicity.
- Excellent rate of permanent deformation.
- Excellent heat stability (application temperature: -60ºC~250ºC).
- Color can be customized, common colors: grey, red and black.
- Tracking and Erosion resistance: 1A4.5.
- Excellent insulativity and fire resistance.
- Excellent weatherability.
LSR7316-35A/B, LSR7316-40A/B are used for liquid injection molding system to manufacture medium /low voltage resistant electric cable accessories ( cold shrinkable tubing,indoor/outdoor terminals, connectors etc).
LSR7216-40A/B is used for liquid injection molding system to manufacture high voltage resistant electric cable accessories such as 66KV, 110KV terminals, connectors etc)
The silicone rubber compounds are two-part A/B insulating liquid silicone rubber, used for liquid injection molding system to manufacture cold-shrink wire and cable accessories, include low middle and high voltage.

Q1. Are you manufacturer or trading company ? can you send sample to us and how long could it take?
A: Yes, We manufacture silicone rubber since 2017 with excellent experience, we could provide free samples for our regular items in 2 working days, clients only need to pay the FedEx shipping cost.
Q2. Can we have them with different performance or our own design?
A: Yes! We can customize the hardness, color, label and package according to your need.
Q3. What is your MOQ ?
A: Generally should be 1000kgs, but we accept small order as trial order
Q4: How to store the product after opening?
A: At 20°-30°, as long as you make sure your caps are on tight, it stored up to 6-12 months after opening. Shortened shelf life after 40°.
Q5. How to remove air bubbles?
- Use vacuum machine;
- If there is no vacuum equipment, you can gently stir in a uniform direction to reduce bubbles;
- Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour until natural defoaming
Q6: What should I do if I can't release the mold?
A: The surface of the molding should be cleaned and smoothed before use, or mold release agent/vaseline can be used to apply evenly on the molding.
Q7: Can I use it in winter?
A: Store and use silicone products at room temperature. If material freezes, silicone base will become very thick. Simply allow product to get down to room temperature before use. Adult Supervision Required. Keep Out of the Reach of Children.
